We want to spend our time with you celebrating what makes your property special, not fixing small details. Here’s your easy, night-before walkthrough to ensure everything flows beautifully.

Exterior & Curb Appeal

Manicure the lawn, remove dead plants, trim bushes Power wash driveway, walkways, and pool deck if needed Remove trash cans, recycling bins, and garden hoses Park all vehicles in the garage or off-site Close all windows and doors; straighten patio furniture Take down decorations, flags, and seasonal lights
